SUNDAY YOGA WORKSHOP with Daniela & Sarah-Jane – live in Nieuw-Vennep + online on Zoom too!

An afternoon of fun, connection and experience. Expect a balance of challenge and relaxation. An opportunity to go inwards and refine your asana practice with sincerity and guidance but also a little lightheartedness with the sense of humor of the “dynamic duo“ teaching team Sarah- Jane and Daniela. We look forward to spending the afternoon with you.

There is place for 10 students to join live and on our big screen we can see the ones joining online and where possible correct you to perfect your asana and experience. In the 2,5 hours there is ample time to also explore basic Pranayama techniques to further move inwards and have restorative effects on body and mind. You will fill energized, inspired and uplifted for the rest of your evening/weekend and the upcoming weeks. This workshop is accessible for all Levels.
