When will your room be ready at Yoga Rocks?
The rooms will be ready from around 2pm on Saturday 17 May 2025. Yoga Rocks hosts groups each week so the group from the week before will be checking out of their rooms that morning, this is why the rooms will only be available for us from 2pm. And our check out time on Saturday 24 May will be 10am.
The advertised price is based on sharing a room with one other guest. We can help find suitable matches to share with if you are coming alone.
This year we are also offering 2 triple rooms at a cheaper cost. This can be booked for a group of 3 friends or we can match people to share this triple room if for instance on a lower budget. Please let us know.
Single rooms are available but a limited number so a supplement is required, please ask us for more details if you are interested.
All reserved rooms are on a first come (paid), first serve basis.
If you will arrive on Crete before the Saturday or plan to stay after the retreat finishes we are more than happy to help arrange accommodation or give suggestions of where to stay and where to visit.
We are also happy to help arrange rental cars which could be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Or to help find other guests that arrive at similar times to share a taxi with.
Daily schedule
We will offer a long morning class of 3-3,5 hours that combines both asana as well as pranayama.
One afternoon will be free (probably Wednesday) so that you can explore a near by town or take a trip to the waterfall, or just have a lazy afternoon by the pool or on the beach.
But all other afternoons there will be a restorative class of 1.5-2 hours. Beginning around 17-17.30.
Some evenings we will offer meditation sessions, Yoga philosophy talks, or a screening of a film or documentary depending on the groups needs.
Food
All food is included in the price, lunch and dinner buffets and a kitchen stocked with fresh fruits, nuts, home made breads and yoghurts, a large selection of local teas, is available to you at any time of the day.
