We just can’t repeat often enough how much we love YogaRocks and Crete 😉 – we are delighted to be teaching again a week retreat at this incredible venue of YogaRocks on the unspoilt South coast of Crete. For newcomers, please note that we have been working closely with YogaRocks for more than 10 years already and basically rent the place off them, so all bookings go directly through us but the hosting of the food and accommodation is a collaboration with the skilled team at YogaRocks.

The fact that this is our 12th year at this location speaks for itself of what we think of the place. We LOVE IT HERE !! The fifth season already at the new location of Yoga Rocks which is a sand dune away from Triopetra at Agios Pavlos Bay with stunning views over the bay and direct beach access.

This all-inclusive international Iyengar Yoga retreat includes a full program of daily asana and pranayama practice as well as your accommodation and all meals.

Every morning there will be a 3-3,5 hours yoga/pranayama practice. The second class will be restorative and 1,5 hours early evening right before dinner.
That gives ample daytime for yourselves to either enjoy the beach(es) or the shaded outdoor spots in a hammock, a short trip to the mountain village of Spili, a boat trip going snorkeling, reading a book in one of the quiet areas of the retreat or a well earned nap after a long rich morning Yoga practice.
Some evenings we will offer additional activities like a music evening in the cave, a Yoga nidra session for deep rest, or a chance to gather and talk about Yoga philosophy and have the option to share or to ask questions.
