Retreat package:
Once you arrive at Quinta Da Lua Nova everything will be included in the price you have paid for your shared or private room for the full 5 days of the retreat (from 699 euros). That includes all the offered yoga classes, meditation, pranayama, food, and accommodation. Exceptions are the massages, possibly private yoga therapy sessions, and excursions to explore the area in your free time.
The retreat is 5 days, starting on Wednesday and finishing on the following Sunday. On the Wednesday there will be a class in the evening once everyone has arrived. On Sunday, the leaving day, there will be a long morning class followed by lunch so there is ample time to make the way to the airport.
Flights and traveling are not included but we do help you to arrange how to best travel from the airports to make them as smooth and simple as possible. Make sure to book your flight on time. You can fly to either Lisbon or Porto. Best is to rent a car as from Lisbon it takes nearly 3 hours and from Porto 2,5 hours to get to the retreat. However, there is also the option to travel by train and we can pick you up at the nearest train station. Many guests are flying in earlier to spend a day or more in Portugal at their own leisure before the retreat starts. Maybe we can connect you with another guest to travel together. You are welcome to arrive early on the retreat location and book a bed/breakfast room. Let us know if we can help with that.
Please take care and arrange your own travel and liability insurance because there are no exceptions to our refund policy which you can read more about further below.

There is a different cost per person depending on the room you choose, here are the options:
699 euros per person based on shared double room with shared bathroom.
799 euros per person based on shared double room with en-suite bathroom.
899 euros per person based on single room with shared bathroom.
999 euros per person based on single room with en-suite bathroom.
You can secure your space by making a deposit of 222 euros into our account.
By 24 August 2024 the full remaining amount needs to be transferred into our account.
Cancellation policy
Canceling up to 8 weeks before the retreat start date (or later if we can fill the space) 100% refund minus 75 euros administration cost.
Canceling 4-8 weeks before the retreat start date: 50% refund.
Less than 4 weeks before the retreat start date: no refund.
